Classes are held from 7 to 9 p.m. in the hospitals Education Center in the Big Spirit Room.
This class is offered free of charge. In addition, a book entitled Breast-feeding: A Parents Guide is given to those who attend.

A breastfeeding support group is also available by area women who have had successful breastfeeding experiences. This support group will offer you the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences with others who have known the joys of breastfeeding.
