Description: Labor Review Classes are two hour, two-session classes held in conjunction with the Childbirth Education Classes. They are designated for those expecting a child who have previously completed Childbirth Education Classes. Topics include the labor and delivery process, including relaxation techniques such as breathing and positioning.
Classes run two Thursdays from 7 to 9:00 p.m. in Lakes Regional Healthcare's Education Center in the Big Spirit Room.
Cost is $10 per person or $20 per couple. Payment may be received by credit card, or a check can be mailed in advance to:
