What bills can I pay online?
Payments may be made online for Lakes Regional Healthcare’s services including hospital, home health, hospice, and Lifeline. Payments are also accepted online for Dr. John Leupold’s patients.
What are my payment options online? Online payment is possible only by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Discover or Visa. Payments will be processed within three business days of receipt, and there is no fee for making an online payment.
Is this web site safe for credit card transactions?
Yes. The transaction part of this web site is protected with the latest encryption software.
Can I view my account balance(s) online?
No. Online access to account information is not possible at this time. If you have billing questions, please call our billing staff at the numbers listed below.
May I still pay my bill by mail, either with a check or credit card?
Yes. Payment by mail is still acceptable, using a personal check or MasterCard, Discover, or Visa. Please refer to your billing statement for payment instructions. The online bill payment option is provided only as an added convenience for those who prefer to avoid the time and expense of traditional payment.
How do I get financial help?
Lakes Regional Healthcare offers financial help to individuals and families based on income and resources. Download an application here. Payment arrangements are available when arranged in advance with a patient account representative.
