Dickinson County Public Health Dickinson County Public Health is located in Lakes Regional Healthcare’s Community Health Center in Milford and provides several community services, including immunizations for all ages, annual flu shots, free blood pressure clinics, newborn home visits, and communicable diseases education to the community.
