Immunizations: 12 to 15 Months
The final doses of Hib and PCV vaccines must be administered after 12 months of age. The vaccinations may be split into two visits to reduce the number of shots given at once. It’s also common to combine the MMR and varicella vaccines in a single shot.
• Haemophilus influenza type B (Hib)
• Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV)
• Measles-mumps-rubella (MMR)
• Chickenpox (varicella)
