Welcome to the Lakes Regional Healthcare Online Payment Center, an easy and secure way to make payments on your accounts. Please have your billing statement in front of you as you fill out the form.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. When you choose to make a payment online, we collect personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone number and account number in order to process your payment. We will not share or sell this information with any third party for any reason.
We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology to encrypt (scramble) your personal information while it is transmitted over the Internet between your computer and our website servers. SSL is an industry standard technology for secure online transactions.
What bills can I pay online?
Payments may be made online for Lakes Regional Healthcare’s services including hospital, home health, hospice, and Lifeline.
What are my payment options online? Online payment is possible only by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Discover or Visa. Payments will be processed upon receipt, and there is no fee for making an online payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed. Payment will be reflected on your next billing statement.
How do I request a refund?
All refund requests should be made through the Business Office at Lakes Regional Healthcare. Call 712-336-1230 and ask to speak to a patient accounts representative if you have any questions regarding your payment or bill.
Can I view my account balance(s) online?
No. Online access to account information is not possible at this time. If you have billing questions, please call our billing staff at the numbers listed below.
May I still pay my bill by mail, either with a check or credit card?
Yes. Payment by mail is still acceptable, using a personal check or MasterCard, Discover, or Visa. Please refer to your billing statement for payment instructions. The online bill payment option is provided only as an added convenience for those who prefer to avoid the time and expense of traditional payment.
How do I get financial help?
Lakes Regional Healthcare offers financial help to individuals and families based on income and resources. Download an application here. Payment arrangements are available when arranged in advance with a patient account representative.
